The International Conference on the Prevention of Youth Homelessness is organized by A Way Home Canada and the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness (COH), in partnership with Making the Shift Youth Homelessness Social Innovation Lab. Canadian Observatory on Homelessness (COH): A leading research institute based at York University, COH works to advance the understanding of homelessness through evidence-based research, policy development, and community engagement. COH is committed to providing solutions that address the root causes of homelessness and empower organizations to embrace prevention strategies. Making the Shift Youth Homelessness Social Innovation Lab: A research and innovation initiative focused on developing and mobilizing knowledge to prevent and end youth homelessness. This program emphasizes social innovation, systems change, and collaboration across sectors to implement evidence-based solutions.
